Autobiography

Qualification: Doctor of Philology, Professor of the Department of General Linguistics of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Education: Graduated from Kazakh Secondary School No. 12 in Almaty with a gold medal. From 1981 to 1986 studied at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Kazakh language and literature (diploma with honors), from 1988 to 1991 studied at the full-time graduate school of KazNU, in 1991 defended her PhD thesis on the topic "Semantic and morphological characteristics of verbal phraseological units of the modern Uighur language" in the specialty 10.02.02 - languages of the peoples of the USSR, in 2003 – her doctoral dissertation on the topic "Semantics of Kazakh phraseological units" in the specialty 10.02.02 – Kazakh language. Work experience: 1986-1988 – lecturer of the Kazakh language at the Kokshetau Pedagogical Institute named after Sh. Valikhanov; 1988- 1991 – full-time postgraduate studies at the al-farabi Kazakh National University; 1991 – present time – аssociate professor, since 2004 Professor of the Department of General Linguistics at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, since 2006 Professor in Linguistics; 2005-2007 by agreement between KazNU and MGLU, she worked as a professor at the Moscow State Linguistic University, head of the Center for Kazakh Language and Culture; Professor of ISAA at Lomonosov Moscow State University; From 2008 to the present time Head of the Department of Turkology, Faculty of Oriental Studies, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Publications: I have over 150 scientific publications, including: 2 monographs, 2 textbooks; 5 textbooks, 3 educational and methodological developments, 2 educational dictionaries, over 10 standard programs for fundamental courses of general linguistics; author of state standards (Oriental studies (Master's degree; PhD), Turkology (bachelor's degree, master's degree). Additional information: has prepared 11 candidates of sciences in the following specialties: 10.02.02 – Kazakh language (2); 10.02.19 – theory of linguistics (3); 10.02.20 – comparative historical typological and comparative linguistics (6). Her research interests include problems of general and Turkic linguistics, linguoculturology, bilingual lexicography, as well as problems of national and cultural specificity of phraseological units of Turkic languages.
